Description
Karuputke võõrliikide tõrje tellimine erinevate piirkondade kolooniates. Hanketeates esitatud tööde alustamise alguskuupäev on eeldatav st tööde algus hakkab kulgema alates lepingu sõlmimisest arvestusega, et töö kõige hilisem valmimistähtaeg on vastavalt hanke osale sätestatud tähtaeg. Palume pakkujatel pöörata tähelepanu Lisateabe dokumendis 6.4 sätestatule. Hanketeatel on registri tehnilistel põhjustel esitatud tekst: "Pakkuja peab esitama pakkumused kõikide osade kohta", kuid seda tuleb lugeda tähenduses, et pakkumusi võib esitada "kõigile osadele", pakkujal puudub kohustus kõikidele osadele pakkumust esitada.
