V rámci dodávky je požadován hmotnostní spektrometr s vysokým rozlišením a měřením přesné hmoty se zaměřením především na analýzu malých molekul, cytostatik, metabolomické studie, analýzu peptidů, proteinů a oligonukleotidů s využitím generování sumárních vzorců. Součástí dodávky je také dodávka odpovídajícího kapalinového chromatografu, software a příslušenství podle níže uvedených specifikací. Podrobná technická specifikace předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky je přílohou č. 1 vzoru smlouvy (příloha č. 1 zadávací dokumentace).
