Description
De gemeente Hardenberg heeft diverse kantoorlocaties. De intentie is om in 2025 de grootste locatie, het gemeentehuis, opnieuw in te richten. Door de nieuwe manier van (hybride) werken is de wens ontstaan om ook andere werkvormen toe te passen. Daarnaast krijgen circa 80 collega’s die nu nog op een andere locatie werken in 2025 een werkplek in het gemeentehuis. Daardoor moeten extra werkplekken gerealiseerd worden. De herinrichting valt samen met een natuurlijk moment voor de vervanging en opfrissing van het huidige meubilair. Het kantoormeubilair dat momenteel in gebruik is, is grotendeels in 2012 aangeschaft en inmiddels versleten en economisch afgeschreven. Dit geldt in het bijzonder voor de bureaustoelen. De geraamde waarde bedraagt € 1.250.000,-.
