Neue Frischwasserstationen für Warmwasser im UG. Birchstrasse 95 (Teilinstandsetzung) Keine Änderungen am Wärmeabgabesystem. Im UG neue Unterstation (PWT inkl .Gruppenaufbau). Neuer Wärmepumpenboiler mit Changeover für die Kühlung (erdverlegte bestehende Leitung) Kälteanlage Im Schultrakt B neue Kälteanlage auf dem Dach. Kältemittel R290 (Propan). Verteilung via Steigschächten. Die Kälteabgabe erfolgt via Lüftungsanlage, Umluftkühlgeräte und Fancoils.
