Description
Danmarks Tekniske Universitet (DTU) udbyder Aftale på udlicitering af kantinedriften til henholdsvis Lyngby, Ballerup og Risø (efterfølgende nævnt campus). Aftalen og udbuddet administreres og gennemføres af DTU Campus Service (CAS).Eftersom udbuddet vedrører kantinedrift, er det DTU’s vurdering, at udbuddet er omfattet af lov nr. 1564 af 15.12.2015, udbudslovens afsnit III (light-regimet), jf. udbudslovens § 7.Opgaven er omfattet af ”Lov om lønmodtageres retsstilling ved virksomhedsoverdragelse” jf. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 710 af 20. august 2002.Aftalen skal være gældende fra den 15. juli 2024 og løbe 6 år frem.Aftalen omfatter:Lyngby B101 – Kantine, Street Food v/kantine 1, Café, Faculty ClubBallerup – KantineLyngby B202 - Kantine, Café, Street FoodLyngby B342 - KantineLyngby B358 - CaféLyngby B374 (Skylab) - KantineRisø – KantineAl mødeforplejning/arrangementer på alle lokationer.
