Description
Denna upphandling avser en helhetslösning för kameraövervakning inom kommunens verksamheter, bolag och förbund. Leverantören ansvarar för projektering, anskaffning, installation, driftsättning samt underhåll och support av kameraövervakningssystem under hela avtalstiden. Upphandlingen omfattar: Projektering av kameraövervakning i samråd med kommunen. Leverans och installation av kameror, inspelningsutrustning och tillhörande mjukvara. Konfiguration och driftsättning av kamerasystem. Dokumentation och överlämning till kommunen. Löpande underhåll, service och felsökning. Uppgraderingar och säkerhetspatchar under hela ramavtalsperioden.
