Hanke eesmärgiks on Kadrioru staadioni (Roheline aas 24, Tallinn) hoonete rekonstrueerimine ja rajatiste renoveerimine: Tööprojektide koostamine, v.a B-hoone koos tunneliga; Kadrioru staadioni kassadehoone, peatribüüni (A-hoone) rekonstrueerimine ja A-hoone laiendamine (B-hoone koos tunneliga); staadioni peaareeni ja jalgpalli treeningareeni ehitamine koos kahe uue tribüüniga ja tabloodega ning välisvõrkude ja piirdeaedade rajamisega.
