Description

Tenderers shall provide assistance for moving into the projects Sjukehuset Nordmøre og Romsdal (SNR) and Emergency, Intensive Care and Operation (AIO). Tenderers shall, among other things, plan, organise and provide practical assistance for HMR's relocation from the existing buildings to SNR (SNR Hjelset and SNR Kristiansund). Follow-up the different departments/areas ́ planning of moving activities in accordance with the agreed scope and specification in call-offs. Call for and organise meetings as needed and further specifications. Tenderers must have capacity to a large degree of concurrency in this work. See Annex 3 Relocation Plan.The services will be ordered according to further agreement in the call-offs. The contract can also be used for internal relocation in Ålesund Hospital. The framework agreement period is 2 years. After that the Contracting Authority can prolong the agreement with up to one year at a time. The total maximum agreement period is 4 years.
