WoltersKluwer heeft het intellectuele eigendomsrecht van de betreffende uitgaves die online worden ontsloten. Dit betreft unieke content. Het gaat om een compleet content pakket bestaande uit titels waarvan WolterKluwer de enige rechthebbende is. De overeenkomst met terugwerkende kracht af te sluiten per 1 januari 2025. De Looptijd is 1 jaar met de optie om 9 keer te verlengen met één 1 jaar. Zie hiervoor het aankondigingsformulier.
