Binnen de Ministeries van Economische Zaken, Klimaat en Groene Groei en Landbouw, Visserij, Voedselzekerheid en Natuur, heeft de directie Wetgeving en Juridische Zaken de behoefte aan de inzet van advocatenkantoren als het gaat om complexe vraagstukken op het gebied van het Nederlands civiel recht. Er wordt een Raamovereenkomst beoogd met drie partijen (met iedere partij wordt een afzonderlijke Raamovereenkomst gesloten). De onder de drie Raamovereenkomsten af te nemen totale gezamenlijke maximale waarde is € 4.500.000,- exclusief btw.
