Description
Het Hoogheemraadschap De Stichtse Rijnlanden (HDSR) besteedt juridische advies- en advocaatdiensten aan via een Europese openbare aanbesteding. De opdracht betreft het sluiten van raamovereenkomsten met één opdrachtnemer per perceel voor het leveren van externe juridische ondersteuning aan alle afdelingen van HDSR. De dienstverlening omvat zowel juridisch advies als advocaatdiensten en is verdeeld over drie percelen: (1) integrale juridische dienstverlening, (2) arbeidsrecht en (3) waterschapsgerelateerde rechtsgebieden. De raamovereenkomsten hebben een initiële looptijd van twee jaar met tweemaal een optie tot verlenging van één jaar. €2.580.000
