Deze opdracht wordt geplaatst door Lantis (NV BAM) in opdracht van NV Tunnel Liefkenshoek. NV Tunnel Liefkenshoek treedt op als aanbestedende overheid. Het betreft een overheidsopdracht voor diensten meer bepaald voor het bijstaan van de aanbestedende overheid bij de voorbereiding, plaatsing en uitvoering van verschillende toekomstige overheidsopdrachten. Er wordt aankoopondersteuning gevraagd van A-Z bij de plaatsing van nieuwe overheidsopdrachten.
