Description
As a research and development service, the contract is excluded from the scope of public procurement law (cf. § 116(1)(2) GWB). JUnit is the most used framework for writing automated tests in the Java ecosystem. Moreover, it provides a platform for other testing frameworks that orchestrates discovery and execution of tests on the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) regardless whether they are written in Java, Kotlin, or any other language that runs on the JVM.
