Description
Für den zu planenden Neubau muss im Zuge der Baufeldfreimachung das Bestandsgebäude vollständig zurückgebaut werden. Dies umfasst auch eine Schadstoffsanierung und ober-/ unterirdischen Rückbau des Bestandsgebäudes vor Übergabe an den AN für Baugrube-/ Verbauarbeiten. Es sind daher Leistungen für Planung, Vergabe und Überwachung der Maßnahmen zur Baufeldfreimachung erforderlich.
