Description

Im Projekt JJH MSR Ersatz werden veraltete Schaltschränke (Gebäudeautomation) ersetzt, was auch Steuerkomponenten der Brandschutzklappen betrifft, die nicht mehr verfügbar und mit neuen Komponenten inkompatibel sind. Durch vermehrte Ausfälle der Steuermodule steigt der Betriebsaufwand. Bei Defekten werden die zugehörigen Lüftungsanlagen abgeschaltet, wodurch Belüftung und Behaglichkeit in betroffenen Räumen nicht mehr gewährleistet sind. Im Brandfall können defekte Brandschutzklappen dazu führen, dass giftige Rauchgase Brandabschnitte überspringen. In diesem Fall wird das Risiko für Personen- und Sachschäden erheblich erhöht.
