Description
Om de samenwerking tussen de jeugdhulp en onderwijs te versterken is de gemeente Almere voornemens om voor de onderwijsvoorzieningen Gespecialiseerd Onderwijs (cluster 3 en 4 scholen, sbo, OPDC en PrO) vaste teams van jeugdhulpmedewerkers in te kopen. In totaal betreft het 12 locaties. Per locatie komt een vast team te werken. Deze teams gaan de leerlingen met een jeugdhulpvraag (in het kader van de Jeugdwet) begeleiding bieden. €7.200.000,00
