Description
De Jeugdcoach op school is een lokale, vrij toegankelijke voorziening voor jeugdigen en jongeren met (hulp)vragen. In deze preventieve voorziening zijn de werkzaamheden en competenties van het schoolmaatschappelijk werk en de jeugd- en gezinscoach geïntegreerd. De JOS is hulpverlener en heeft nadrukkelijk ook een brugfunctie tussen jeugdige, ouders, school, samenwerkingsverband en de jeugdhulp. Geraamde waarde over de volledige looptijd incl. verlengingsopties bedraagt € 6.600.000
