De opdracht betreft: 1. Veilig Thuis. Het advies- en meldpunt huiselijk geweld en kindermishandeling (art. 4.1.1. Wmo 2015 en art. 1.1 Jeugdwet) 2.Jeugdbescherming (art. 1.1 Jeugdwet (begrip kinderbeschermingsmaatregel)) 3. Jeugdreclassering (art. 1.1. Jeugdwet) 4. Aanverwante dienstverlening (bv. crisiscoördinatie en overige niet-wettelijke taken). De opdracht die in de markt gezet wordt is er op gericht één of meerdere aanbieders te selecteren die de uitvoering van de opdracht voor hun rekening neemt/nemen.
