Description
Predmet javnega razpisa je izvedba projekta »Severna vrata«, v obliki javno-zasebnega partnerstva, ki obsega tri ključne elemente: - izgradnjo treh objektov v skupni bruto površini nadzemnega dela objektov cca. 9.100 m² s pripadajočimi podzemnimi parkirnimi mesti, na nepremičninah parc. št. 904/10, 904/17, 904/19, in 902/13-del vse k.o. Kranj (2100) , v skladu s projektno dokumentacijo, ki jo potrdi javni partner in pridobitev vseh potrebnih upravnih dovoljenj; - priključitev objektov na komunalno, prometno in energetsko infrastrukturo, vključno s pripadajočo prometno ureditvijo; - ureditev okolice objektov.
