Description

Predmet javno-zasebnega partnerstva je: - izgradnja objekta »Novogradnja – Novozgrajen objekt, Zdravstveni center«, na zemljiških parcelah št. 37/3, 39/2 in 40/4, vse k.o. 988-SPODNJE GORČE, pri čemer bodo v okviru projekta zgrajeni novi prostori namenjeni zdravstveni dejavnosti. Vsebina projekta vključuje tudi projektiranje, pridobitev vseh potrebnih upravnih dovoljenj, ureditev okolice, dostopnih poti in parkirišč; - priključitev objekta na komunalno, prometno in energetsko infrastrukturo, - upravljanje z zgrajenim objektom in vzdrževanje skozi celotno koncesijsko obdobje, razen v delu izvajanja zdravstvenih programov.
