Predmet projekta je vzpostavitev javno-zasebnega partnerstva za model »souporabe vozil«, pri čemer bi Mestna občina Celje ter nekatere pravne osebe javnega prava, katerih soustanoviteljica je Mestna občina Celje uporabljale vozila, ob enem pa bi bila ta vozila na voljo občanom z namenom spodbujanja skupnih voženj ter spodbujanja uporabe električnih vozil.
