Description

Upphandlingen avser ny upphandling av samma objekt som tidigare annonserats men som avbrutits. Justeringar i FFU har genomförts. Projektet och totalentreprenaden omfattar nybyggnation av flerbostadshus för hyresgäster där målgruppen är personer 65 år eller äldre. Två huskroppar i sex våningar inklusive vind sammanlänkas med envåningsbyggnad med lokaler. Rivning av befintlig gårdsbyggnad samt uppförande av nytt gårdshus ingår. Totalt 48 hyreslägenheter, 2–3 ROK, i centrala Tibro
