Description

The aim of the procurement is to ensure that Nkom ́s properties are looked after and followed up so that the buildings and property ́s condition do not deteriorate. Furthermore, Nkom would like technical installations to function as intended, and that buildings and plots are not exposed to damage and shortcomings without this being corrected with the necessary measures. Damages/shortcomings, which cannot be repaired by the janitor assignment, shall be notified the contracting authority for further follow-up and any orders/procurements. The contract will be valid for 2 - two years from when the contract is signed, with an option to extend the contract for up to a further 1+1 year. The requested start-up date is 03.04.2024. See Annex 1 - Requirement Specifications for further details on the delivery. The estimated annual financial limit is NOK 850,000 including VAT. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to use the entire framework. The budget limit for the entire contract period is NOK 3,400,000 including VAT.
