Description
Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy kilpailuttaa kiinteistöiden jälkivahinkojen torjunta- ja kuivaustyöt. Palvelu sisältää Hekan kiinteistöissä kalma- ja muut poikkeuksellisesti likaantuneiden asuntojen saneeraukset sekä vahinkojen jälkivahinkotyöt, joita ovat mm. vesi-, viemäri- ja palovahingot. Palvelussa on kyse tilausperusteisesta palvelusta. Heka tilaa palvelua sopimuskauden aikana ilmenevien tarpeidensa mukaisesti. Sopimus on jaettu osiin. Osa-alue 1: Etelän ja lännen huoltoalueet Osa-alue 2: Idän ja pohjoisen huoltoalueet Hankinnan tuloksena perustetaan puitejärjestely. Puitejärjestelyyn valitaan 2 Urakoitsijaa/ osa-alue. Puitejärjestelyn toiminta on kuvattu sopimusluonnoksessa.
