Description
Hankinnan kohteena on rahoitusleasing TAYS Sydänkeskus Oy:lle. Hankinnan kilpailuttaa SK Hankintapalvelut Oy, sopimuksen tekee TAYS Sydänkeskus Oy (jäljempänä "yhtiö"). Pirkanmaan, Keski-Suomen ja Kanta-Hämeen omistama TAYS Sydänkeskus Oy kilpailuttaa korkeintaan 3,5 MEUR rahoitusleasingpuitesopimuksen ajanjaksolle 1.3.2025 – 31.12.2026. Puitesopimus laaditaan yhtiön sairaalalaitteiden hankinnan rahoittamiseksi. Laitteet toimittaa pääasiassa yhtiön pitkäaikainen sopimustoimittaja Philips Oy. Lainojen vakuutena toimivat rahoitettavat kohteet. Rahoitusleasingin hankinta on yhden toimittajan puitejärjestely. Tilaaja tekee puitesopimuksen kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisimman tarjoajan kanssa.
