Hankinnan kohteena ovat Oulun Energia -konsernin (Tilaaja) työterveyshuollon palvelut siten kuin tässä tarjouspyynnössä liitteineen tarkemmin määritellään. Tavoitteena on tuottaa Tilaajalle ajanmukaiset, laadukkaat ja sen tarpeiden mukaiset työterveyshuollon palvelut. Oulun Energia -konsernissa työterveyspalveluja käyttävät Oulun Energia Oy ja konserniyhtiöt Oulun Energia Sähköverkko Oy, Syklo Oy, Syklo Terra Oy, Elastopoli Oy, Suomen Energiamurske Oy ja Turveruukki Oy. Oulun Energian työterveyspalvelu kattaa kaikkien konsernin n. 250 työntekijän työterveyspalvelut. Lähipalveluita edellytetään Oulussa ja Hyvinkäällä.
