Hankinnan kohteena on Microsoft Unified Enterprise-tukipalvelu ajalle 17.4.2024-16.4.2027. Sopimus sisältää asiantuntijatuen kaikkiin Oy Apotti Ab:n käyttämiin Microsoft-tuotteisiin. Microsoftin Unified Support Enterprise -tukipalvelu on yksinoikeudellista valmistajan suoraa tuotetukea, joka mahdollistaa asiakkaalle välittömän yhteyden suoraan Microsoftin omaan tuotetukeen. Microsoft tarjoaa kokonaisvaltaisen tuen kaikkiin sen omiin teknologioihin: Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform sekä Microsoftin on-premise tuotteisiin.
