Hankinnan kohteena on Jääkenttäsäätiö sr:n (jäljempänä ”hankintayksikkö”) jäähallien kylmäkoneiden huolto- ja korjauspalvelut (jäljempänä ”palvelut”) tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti.
