Predmet nabave je izvođenje radova cjelovite obnove zgrade Gradskog muzeja – Stari Grad Sisak, Tome Bakača Erdödya 58, Sisak, na k.č. br. 2331 k.o. Sisak Stari i k.č. br. 2330/1 k.o. Sisak Stari a sve kako je uređeno Zakonom o obnovi zgrada oštećenih potresom na području Grada Zagreba, Krapinsko-zagorske županije, Zagrebačke županije, Sisačko-moslavačke županije i Karlovačke županije (NN, broj 102/20, 10/21, 117/21 i 21/23 ; ) Odlukom o donošenju Programa mjera obnove zgrada oštećenih potresom na području Grada Zagreba, Krapinsko-zagorske županije, Zagrebačke županije, Sisačko-moslavačke županije i Karlovačke županije (NN, broj 88/22 i 28/23; ), Zakonom o gradnji (NN, broj 153/13, 20/17, 39/19 i 25/19) i drugim primjenjivim zakonskim i podzakonskim propisima te svakoj naknadnoj izmjeni i dopuni istih propisa.
