Predmet javnega naročila je izvedba nalog (ukrepov za ohranjanje biotske raznovrstnosti) za obvladovanje podnebnih sprememb v okviru upravljanja Naravnega rezervata Ormoške lagune, ki se nanašajo na izvedbo del za vzpostavitev mokrišča na območju nekdanjega situacijskega bazena in presegajo naloge iz pogodbe o varstvu, ki jih sicer v okviru redne naloge upravljanja naravnega rezervata izvaja Društvo za opazovanje in proučevanje ptic Slovenije (pogodba o varstvu, sklenjena z MOP, št. 2550-21-330036, z dne 11. 3. 2022, za obdobje 2022-2025 in aneks št. 1 k tej pogodbi, sklenjen z MNVP, z dne 30.10.2023).
