Predmet javnega naročila je izgradnja infrastrukture za odvajanje odpadnih vod v območju poselitve s skupno obremenitvijo enako ali večjo od 2000 PE to je aglomeracije LOKA: ID 3806 v dolžini 12.607,9 m. Vzporedno z izgradnjo komunalne infrastrukture za odvajanje odpadne vode bo obnovljen tudi javni vodovod ter zgrajena meteorna kanalizacija (za odvajanje meteorne vode z javnih površin) in ustrezno urejena cesta.
