Predmet naročila je izvajanje rednega in generalnega čiščenja ter dodatnega čiščenja za Vrtec Hansa Christiana Andersena za obdobje treh let, predvidoma od 1.1.2027 do 31.12.2029. Naročnik je za izvedbo in odločanje v postopku na podlagi tretjega odstavka 66. člena ZJN-3 pooblastil Mestno občino Ljubljana, Mestni trg 1, 1000 Ljubljana.
