Predmet javnega naročila je sklenitev okvirnega sporazuma, s ponovnim odpiranjem konkurence med strankami okvirnega sporazuma, za izvajanje kontrol tesnosti prenosnega sistema plina za obdobje treh let. Sklop 1: Nadzemna kontrola z uporabo detektorja koncentracije plina. Sklop 2: Nadzemna kontrola z detekcijo plina na daljavo z brezpilotnim zrakoplovom (BPZ). Sklop 3: Nadzemna kontrola z uporabo detektorja koncentracije plina s predhodno pripravo trase.
