Namen izvedbe javnega naročila je izbor izvajalcev za izvajanje izobraževanj in usposabljanj za osebe na prestajanju kazni zapora za naročnika Upravo Republike Slovenije za izvrševanje kazenskih sankcij na zgoraj navedenih lokacijah.
