Предмет на конкретната обществена поръчка /съответните инвестиционни проекти, които трябва да бъдат изготвени/: „Изработване на инвестиционен проект за обект: Дневен център за деца с тежки множествени увреждания „Надежда“ и осъществяване на авторски надзор по време на строителството“. Проектната разработка следва да обхваща едноетажна сграда с РЗП 600 кв. м. и прилежащо дворно пространство в рамките на имот, общинска собственост, находящ се в гр. Свиленград, УПИ IX (предназначение за социални дейности), кв. 940 от КП на гр. Свиленград.
