Frecventa contractelor subsecvente: 6 luni sau ori de cate ori apare necesitatea achizitionarii produselor din acordul cadru, in functie de realizarea lucrarilor de investitii si mentenenta in retelele de distributie energie electrica. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a solicitarilor de participare: 17 zile. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a solicitărilor de participare.
