Обектът на поръчката е „строителство" по смисъла на чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 1 от ЗОП. Предметът на настоящата процедура е: „Изграждане на общински Пазар в УПИ II-Пазар, кв. 71А по плана на гр. Стрелча.“ За обекта има издадено Разрешение за строеж № 13 от 04.03.2025 г. на Главния архитект на община Стрелча, допълнено със Заповед № 4/03.07.2026г. Категория на обекта: обектът е първа група, пета категория съгласно чл. 137 от ЗУТ.
