„Изготвяне на инвестиционни проекти във фаза работен проект по обособени позиции“. Всеки участник може да подава оферта за една, за няколко или за всички обособени позиции. Пълната информация относно обхвата, обема и техническите изисквания към изпълнението на обществената поръчка са описани и регламентирани в Част II. „Техническа спецификация“, по съответната обособена позиция, неразделна част от документацията за участие.
Award criteria
- Price — критерий за възлагане – "най-ниска цена", съгласно чл. 70, ал. 2, т. 1 от ЗОП. На първо място се класира участникът предложил най-ниска цена за изпълнение на услугата по съответната обособена позиция.
