В предмета на поръчката е включено изготвянето на Анализ „Разходи-Ползи“ (АРП) и документи приложими към Формуляр за кандидатстване,за проект „Внедряване на ERTMS ниво 2 железопътен участък Русе-Каспичан“ за финансиране по ПТС 2021-2027,както следва: 1. Анализ „Разходи-Ползи“ който включва: 1.1. Финансов анализ; 1.2. Анализ на ефективност на разходите; 1.3. Анализ на чувствителността и оценка на риска; 1.4. Извършени предпроектни проучвания; 1.5. Осъществимост на избрания вариант.
