Predmet javnega naročila je izdelava sprememb in dopolnitev Občinskega prostorskega načrta Mestne občine Kranj (Uradni list RS, št. 74/14, 9/16-teh. popr., 63/16-obv.razl., 20/17, 42/17-popr.), predvsem s področja poselitve ter vsa z njimi povezana dela, vključno z analizo in dopolnitvami že izdelanih strokovnih podlag, izdelavo potrebnih novih strokovnih podlag ter drugimi vsebinami in kartografskimi prilogami, ki so potrebne za sprejem usklajenega prostorskega akta. Pri pripravi ponudbe morajo naročniki upoštevati celotno razpisno dokumentacijo vključno s Projektno nalogo Izdelava sprememb in dopolnitev občinskega prostorskega načrta Mestne občine Kranj.
