Predmet naročila je projektne dokumentacije za izvedbo gradnje (PZI). Obseg del dokumentacije PZI mora biti skladen z določili Pravilnika o projektni in drugi dokumentaciji ter obrazcih pri graditvi objektov (Uradni list RS, št. 30/23), Gradbenim zakonom (Uradni list RS, št. 199/21, 105/22 – ZZNŠPP in 133/23), Zakonom o vodah (Uradni list RS, št. 67/02, 2/04 – ZZdrI-A, 41/04 – ZVO-1, 57/08, 57/12, 100/13, 40/14, 56/15 in 65/20, 35/23 – odl. US in 78/23 – ZUNPEOVE) ter z vsemi relevantnimi podzakonskimi predpisi. Predmet JN je tudi izdelava geodetskih podlag in geomehanske preiskave ter geološko-geotehnični elaborat.
