Description
The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (later PRH) aims to procure a validator to validate iXBRL financial statements and a Web-based inline XBRL instance document creation solution. Primarily, the procurement aims at an on-premise solution. PRH receives approximately 270 000 financial statements annually. In 2022 about 5 000 of them were filed in iXBRL-form. The validator has to be able to validate all of the 270 000 financial statements for it to be future-proof. Annual report must be filed for most legal entities to PRH within 8 months after the financial period ends. Around 70% of financial periods end at the end of calendar year. About 10 000 to 20 000 financial statements are filed monthly, but on the busiest month even up to 70 000 financial statements are registered. Procurement is divided in to the two lots, "iXBRL validator" and "Web-based iXBRL instance document creation solution". Tenderer can offer either only one lot or both.
