Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind die neuen HLK-Anlagen die notwendig sind um das bestehende Unterwerk baulich und betrieblich auf den heutigen Stand der Technik zu bringen. Der Werkvertrag beinhaltet sämtliche unter BKP 240 HLK-Anlagen ausgeschriebenen Arbeiten gemäss beigefügten Leistungsverzeichnis.
