Description

Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Lieferung der oben erwähnten Kabel gemäss beiliegenden Datenblättern (Anhänge 7 und 8). Um die Versorgungssicherheit zu gewährleisten und den Anbietermarkt aufrechtzuerhalten, hat sich IWB dazu entschieden, diesen Auftrag in zwei Lose aufzuteilen und in Anwendung der sog. Dual Sourcing Strategie zu vergeben (vgl. Lastenheft Ziffer 1.7 «Dual-Sourcing Methode»).
