Description
Tarjousta pyydetään Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy:n (Heka) etelän, idän, lännen, pohjoisen ja erityisasuntojen huoltoalueiden IV-teknisten korjaus- ja kunnossapitotöiden suorittamisesta hankinta-asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Sopimukseen kuuluvat palvelut on edellä mainittujen huoltoalueiden hallinnoimissa kiinteistöissä tai kiinteistöjen alueella tehtäviä IV-teknisiä vikakorjaus- ja kunnossapitotehtäviä. Näistä esimerkkeinä voidaan mainita muun muassa IV-koneiden, -kanavien -venttiileiden, säleikköjen ja muiden vastaavien rakenteiden ja osien korjaustyöt sekä vianetsintä- ja puhdistustehtävät.
