Urakassa uusitaan Talolan koulun IV-koneet. Urakka on kokonaisurakka, sisältäen kaikki LVI-, sähkö- ja rakennustekniset työt lukuun ottamatta rakennusautomaatiotöitä. Urakkaan kuuluu myös uusittavien ilmanvaihtokoneiden palvelemien tilojen huonekohtaisten ilmamäärien säädöt.
