Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist eine Softwarelösung für das IT-Assetmanagement ("ITAM-Tool") des Auftraggebers nebst zugehöriger Softwarepflege sowie technischer Implementierungs- und Supportleistungen. Die Softwarelösung soll die Hardware-/Softwareinventarisierung, das Lizenzmanagement, das Hardware-Asset-Management sowie das Vertragsmanagement gewährleisten. Sie muss Client-, Server- und Mobile Device-Software in physischen und virtuellen Umgebungen steuern. Gesucht wird eine ganzheitliche, mandantenfähige, skalierbare Softwarelösung, mit flexibel erweiterbaren Modulen und Komponenten. Das IT-Assetmanagement für Bedarfsträger der Saarländischen Landesverwaltung erfolgt zentral durch das IT-DLZ des Saarlandes. Die Implementierung des ITAM-Tools soll on-premise (keine SaaS-Lösung) bei dem IT-DLZ erfolgen. Die Implementierung erfordert eine Übernahme von Stammdatensätzen aus Bestandssystemen. Das SAM-Tool muss in Form einer dauerhaften Überlassung ("Lizenzkauf") angeboten werden.
