Description
Visit Sweden söker en leverantör som, i nära samverkan med oss, tar ett helhetsansvar för drift, övervakning och support av bolagets nätverksmiljö samt säker och regelbunden backup av Microsoft 365-miljön. Uppdraget inkluderar även behovsstyrd användarsupport. Som en helt molnbaserad organisation med cirka 50 användare vill vi att leverantören också fungerar som rådgivare och kvalitetsgranskare för Microsoft 365-miljön i nära samarbete med Visit Sweden. Upphandlingen avser att teckna ett ramavtal med en avtalstid på två (2) år med möjlighet till förlängning med en maximal avtalstid på fyra (4) år. Syftet med upphandlingen är att avropa IT-tjänster på ett enkelt och effektivt sätt, för att generera tids- och kostnadsbesparingar.
