Description
Erneuerung und Modernisierung des IT-Outsourcings: * Service-Management und IT-Support: Umfassender Support inklusive 1st-Level-Support und Vor-Ort-Service. * Plattformen (Rechenzentrum, Server, Speicher, Backup): Bereitstellung und Betrieb der Plattform-Services, auch Hosting und Betrieb von Kernapplikationen. * Netzwerk (WAN, LAN, WLAN): Bereitstellung und Neukonzeption des Netzwerks als Managed Service sowie Austausch von LAN- und WLAN-Hardware. * Clients und virtuelle Arbeitsplatzumgebung: Speziell Ablösung von 75 Thin Clients und Weiterbetrieb von 50 Fat Clients als Managed Services. * Weitere IT-Dienste: Bereitstellung und Verwaltung von Microsoft 365 und Exchange. Der Leistungszeitraum umfasst ein Umsetzungsprojekt sowie vier Betriebsjahre, mit einer Verlängerungsoption um weitere vier Jahre.
