Das Bestandssystem (BMC Remedy) ist technisch überaltert und fällt aus dem Support des Herstellers. Die ITK Rheinland beabsichtigt die Erstellung eines multimandantenfähigen, modularen und konfigurierbaren IT-Servicemanagementsystems (ITSM-System) als Gesamtsystem, inkl.
